Welcome to the Iband Inc . (“Doremeet ”, “we”, “us”, “our”) Privacy Policy. When you use the Doremeet Service (as defined in our Terms of Use you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given to them in ourTerms of Use

This Privacy Policy also explains the treatment of information provided or collected through the Doremeet Service that we make available on third-party sites or platforms if disclosed to you in connection with your use of the Doremeet Service. 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third party websites, services and applications ("Third Party Services") that you elect to access through the Doremeet Service or to individuals that we don't manage or employ. While we try to facilitate access only to those Third Party Services that share our respect for your privacy, we don't take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third Party Services. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of all Third Party Services you access through the Doremeet Service.

1. Personal Information

As used herein, the term “Personal Information” means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as name, address, mobile number, e-mail address, or credit card number), or information about that individual that is directly linked to personally identifiable information. Personal Information does not include “aggregate information”, which is data we collect about the use of the Doremeet Service or about a group or category of services or users from which individual identities or other personal information has been removed. Personal Information also does not include Log Data (as defined below) or Device Identifier (as defined below) that is not connected to Personal Information. This Privacy Policy in no way restricts or limits our collection and use of aggregate or Usage Information that is not connected to Personal Information.

2. How We Use the Information Collected

We collect and use your information to

  1. provide the Doremeet Service or information you request and to process and complete any transactions in connection therewith; 
  2. monitor and analyze the Doremeet Service usage trends and otherwise measure the effectiveness of the Doremeet Service; 
  3. personalize and improve the Doremeet Service and users’ experiences, to increase the functionality and user friendliness of the Doremeet Services, and to deliver advertisements, content, or features that match user profiles or interests; 
  4. provide you with news, information, and advertisements about our or third party offers, promotions, products, and services we think will be of interest to you; 
  5. enhance your use of the Doremeet Service including with respect to your connected social media services such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; 
  6. communicate with you about your account or transactions with us and changes to the Doremeet Service or policies and respond to your emails, submissions, questions, inquiries, comments, requests, and complaints and to provide customer service; 
  7. detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or applicable law; 
  8. conduct surveys and notify and contact contest and sweepstakes entrants; 
  9. record information created by your use of the Doremeet Service (“Log Data”). Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, songs played and playlisted, pages visited, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, and search activity. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data; 
  10. as further described in this Privacy Policy; and 
  11. for any other purpose for which the information was collected and that is communicated to you.

3. Information Collected Upon Registration

In order to use the Doremeet Service, you must register and create a personal user account with us. When you create or reconfigure an account with us, you are required to provide us with the following information: e-mail address, user name and password. You may also provide your mobile phone number, a photo and a brief personal bio. If you connect to the Doremeet Service using your Facebook or Twitter credentials, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your username, encrypted access credentials, and other information that may be available on or through your Facebook or Twitter account, including your name, profile picture, country, hometown, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, friends’ names and profile pictures and networks.

We may store and use this information for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy.

4. Additional Information Collected Through Use of the Doremeet Service

You may provide us with additional information either actively or passively in connection with your use of the Doremeet Service, including: (i) information you provide to us or you opt-in to providing to us when you request information or use the Doremeet Service which may include a friends’ contact information or content to be posted on public areas of the Doremeet Service, (ii) your IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”) may automatically be collected for the computer, mobile device, tablet, technology or other device (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Doremeet Service. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a website or its services, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier, (iii) location information when you visit and use the Doremeet Service, including location information either provided by a mobile device interacting with the Doremeet Service, or associated with your Device Identifier, where we are permitted by applicable law to process this information, (iv) cookies (data files placed on a Device when it is used to visit a site or application) and pixel tags (transparent graphic image, sometimes called a web beacon or tracking beacon, placed on a web page or in an email, which indicates that a page or email has been viewed). Cookies and pixel tags may be used to collect usage information. They may also be used to associate you with social networking sites like Facebook and, if you so choose, enable interaction between your activities on the Site and your activities on such social networking sites, (v) usage, viewing and technical data when you visit and use the Doremeet Service or open e-mails and other communications we send to you.

5. Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on the Doremeet Service to your profile page to share with others within your network. We may also receive information about you from third party websites that display, distribute or host our content, as well as from third party providers. We may supplement the information we collect about you through the Doremeet Service with such information from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you.

6. Public and Semi-Public Display of Information

Some of the information we collect, for example, your username, profile picture and bio, will be listed on the Doremeet Service and in search results and may be accessible to users of the Doremeet Service and to the public generally. Because the name you choose or your profile information from a third party social networking site may be posted on a pubic venue, please use caution when choosing your name or providing profile information.

In addition, we may make public information regarding some of your activity on the Doremeet Service, including (i) playlists you create, (ii) songs you play, and (iii) songs you have added to your playlist.

Finally, if you use some sections of the Doremeet Service, including the chat sections, your information may be shared with people identified by you (“Semi-Public Venues”) or to all users of the Doremeet Service (“Public Venues”). We cannot be responsible for any Personal Information you choose to post on Public or Semi-Public Venues, and we recommend careful consideration before you post such information. You agree that you will not disclose Personal Information relating to any other person in a public area of the Doremeet Service without that person’s express consent.

7. SMS Text Charges

You understand and agree that you are responsible for any charges that may apply to communications sent from your device to another device via SMS, and because this invitation is coming directly from your personal account, we do not have access to or control this communication.

8. Links to Third Party Websites

The Doremeet Service may contain links to other websites. We may keep track of how you interact with links across the Doremeet Service including Third Party Services by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve the Doremeet Service and as part of our business, including advertising and marketing, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on or shared with others.

We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors or other websites to which we provide links from the Doremeet Service. You should check the applicable privacy policy of the website sponsor when linking to other websites.

9. Sharing of Information

Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide any of your Personal Information to any third parties without your specific consent. We may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate data and Log Data, with third parties. We may also share your information as disclosed at the time you provide your information, as set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy and as follows:

Third Party Services 

We use a variety of Third Party Services hosted by unaffiliated third parties to help provide the Doremeet Service, and to help us understand the use thereof. These Third Party Services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request.

We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us. We may share your personal information with these third parties to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services. We require these companies to use your information only to provide the particular function and/or service and do not authorize them to use your information for any other reason.

Your Personal Information may also be used by us or shared with our marketing partners to provide you with advertising and marketing which may interest you.

Your Agreement to Have Your Personal Information Shared 

While on the Doremeet Service, you may have the opportunity to opt-in to receive information and/or marketing offers from a third party or to otherwise consent to the sharing of your information with a third party, including social networking sites such as Facebook. If you agree to have your Personal Information shared, your Personal Information will be disclosed to the third party and the Personal Information you disclose will be subject to the privacy policy and business practices of that third party.

You also may choose to have your Personal Information shared on Public or Semi-Public Venues of the Doremeet Service. We cannot be responsible for any Personal Information you choose to post on Public or Semi-Public Venues, and we recommend careful consideration before you post such information.

10. Law and Harm

We may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our rights or property.

We may share your personal information with these third parties to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services. 11. Data Security and Integrity

The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure your personal information. However, there is always some risk in transmitting information electronically. The personal information we collect is stored within databases that we control. As we deem appropriate, we use security measures consistent with industry standards, such as firewalls and encryption technology, to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

12. Business Transfers

In the event that Iband Inc . is directly or indirectly involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, information that we have collected may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity, but we cannot assure you that, upon completion of any such transfer, the new entity will maintain this Privacy Policy in its current form.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes we will notify you by placing a notice on the Doremeet Service. The change will be effective immediately upon placing notice on the Doremeet Service. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be available on the Doremeet Service in the Privacy Policy section.

By continuing to access or use the Doremeet Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, IMMEDIATELY STOP ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE DOREMEET SERVICE AND DO NOT USE THE DOREMEET SERVICE.
